- **Staff Composition:** 15 staff members, including RNs, CVTs, ARRTs, and RCIS professionals.
- **Staffing Ratios:** Day shift typically features 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, and 1-3 sitters based on patient needs.
- **Floating Areas:** EP and Pre/Post holding.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during cardiac catheterizations, interventions, and STEMI procedures.
- Participate in patient education, ensuring patients understand their procedures and care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain and manage equipment necessary for catheterization procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- **Required Certifications:** ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
- **Experience:** Must have previous Cath Lab experience.
- **Preferred Skills:** Proficiency in performing cardiac catheterizations and familiarity with various cardiac interventions.
- **Best Personality Fit:** Candidates should be easy-going and willing to help out team members as needed.

**Work Schedule:**
- 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts with rotating days off.
- Participation in rotating on-call shifts during the week and weekends is required.
