Who You Are:

- Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location
- Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies

The Surgical PA Service at Northern Dutchess Hospital is seeking to add a board-certified full-time Physician Assistant to join its team. We are a hospital-based group that offers a supportive and team-based environment with exposure to multiple surgical subspecialties. Responsibilities currently include OR first assist coverage as well as perioperative management of patients on the general surgery service. 1. OR First Assisting- Surgical PA Services first assist in the OR for specialties including but not limited to general, plastic, spine, bariatric and OB/GYN cases.
2. Rounding- Surgical PA’s round on general surgery patients daily. This is done as a team-based approach with attendings, residents, students.
3. Consults/ Admissions- Surgical PA Services covers admissions and consults for general surgeons
4. Night Coverage – On call from home. Night coverage responsibilities include first assisting emergent OR cases, admissions and consults for general surgery.
5. Floor Procedures- Surgical PA’s are responsible for floor procedures including but not limited to NG tube insertion and removal, wound vac and dressings changes, bedside I&D.
6. There is cross-coverage between NDH PA services and Vassar Brothers Medical Center PA services in a limited capacity
This position is for four 10-hour shifts per week with one weekend shift per month. There is an extensive onboarding and training period as well as a supportive environment for collaboration and learning.
Qualifications
· The qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and be NCCPA certified as well as possess strong surgical and patient management experience.
· Candidates with at least one to three years of surgical experience and/or surgical residency trained candidates preferred, but new graduates will be considered as will new nurse practitioners with RNF certification and surgical experience.

Outpatient Endocrinology Opening in Kingston, NY (90 minutes from New York City)
Northern Dutchess Hospital, affiliated with Nuvance Health, is seeking a full-time outpatient Endocrinologist to join our established and busy employed practice in Kingston, NY with an APRN.
The ideal candidate will be board certified in Internal or Family Medicine and board certified/eligible in Endocrinology and looking to join a dedicated and collegial team with some teaching responsibility to residents and medical students. The position is completely outpatient. This position will have no call responsibilities. This is an adult only, Monday-Friday practice. There will also be opportunity to expand coverage to other area office locations as we continue to grow the practice to meet the needs of our large primary care referral base. There may be flexibility to work a few days of the week in Kingston and a few days in Poughkeepsie if mutually agreeable.
This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice. Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k match. Job Requirements:
- MD or DO with NY State and Federal Narcotic Use Registration.
- Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency and be Board Certified in either and have completed a full Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Preferred: Prior experience as an Endocrinologist but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time, employed physician to work in our Obesity/Bariatric Medicine department at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, located just 90 minutes outside of New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Metabolic and Medical Weight Management Program across our larger 7 hospital system that includes physicians, advanced practitioners, registered dietitians, behavioral health specialists, and other clinical providers as appropriate. In addition to our full-time opportunity, part-time options will also be considered. Also New graduates with interest in obesity medicine will be considered.
The ideal candidate will board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, and/or Obesity Medicine, or another related specialty and have experience/ expertise in the field of obesity medicine. Board certification/eligibility in Obesity Medicine preferred, but not required. This includes competency in the genetic, biologic environmental, social and behavioral factors that contribute to obesity and a thorough understanding of the treatment of obesity and related metabolic conditions. The program includes management of obesity as a chronic disease with a focus on health and wellness. There is opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to establish obesity-related research and teaching functions for Nuvance Health.
