Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Fulfillment Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers in real-time through live chat, providing information, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You’ll be the frontline representative for our brand, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed quickly, professionally, and accurately.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support via Live Chat:
    • Respond promptly to incoming live chat requests from customers, offering assistance with inquiries, issues, or concerns.
    • Guide customers through product features, ordering processes, returns, billing issues, and other queries related to services or products.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction.
  2. Order Fulfillment Assistance:
    • Assist customers with their orders, including product availability, tracking information, processing returns, and refunds.
    • Help customers make product selections based on preferences, needs, and recommendations, improving their shopping experience.
    • Ensure all order details are accurately recorded and updated in the company’s system.
  3. Product Knowledge and Recommendations:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers with their decisions and enhance their overall experience.
    • Provide recommendations based on customer queries to encourage repeat purchases or upsell additional products/services.
  4. Data Entry and Order Tracking:
    • Accurately input customer data into the system, ensuring all interactions, orders, and issues are logged appropriately.
    • Update customer records, track customer feedback, and follow up on unresolved issues as required.
  5. Problem Resolution:
    • Work with other departments (e.g., logistics, IT, and inventory) to resolve issues related to shipping, order errors, or product unavailability.
    • Handle escalated issues or customers requiring additional assistance, either resolving the problem or directing it to the appropriate team.
  6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Use CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and keep a record of the issues they face.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and they are happy with the service provided.
  7. Feedback Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect customer feedback and insights during live chat conversations to help improve products, services, and the customer experience.
    • Provide reports on recurring issues or trends noticed in customer interactions to the management team.
  8. Maintaining Professionalism:

    • Provide high-quality, courteous, and professional service to customers at all times, ensuring that company standards for communication are met.

Role Summary:

This position will be within the Flowserve Center of Excellence Manufacturing Center, where you manufacture Flowserve components using the latest in CNC and automation technologies. Candidate will setup and operate new CNC machining equipment that is dedicated for a family of Flowserve components to be supplied to several Flowserve sites in the Americas. This facility will serve as a model of next generation manufacturing and product fulfilment for Flowserve in the future.
