We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Buyer for our First Quality Products company located in McElhattan, PA . This position will be responsible for performing moderately complex procurement duties with the purpose of obtaining supplies and services from a variety of suppliers. A participation role, contributing to meetings and projects.

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safe Work Practices (SWP) and organizational policies and procedures. Must abide by all safety requirements and attain safety goals.
• Partner with reliable suppliers, solving questions, and confirming expected deliverables, while resolving any delivery, payment, price discrepancies and quality related concerns.
• Verification and accuracy of requisitions being processed, per established polices, and assist with preparation of requisitions and E-req summaries as requested. Place purchase orders upon approvals.
• Make substitutions as possible, while maintaining necessary quality, collaborating with requesters of any deviations to confirm acceptance.
• Contribute to the creation of formal RFI, RFQ, for various parts and services, while doing some analytical work for comparison purposes.
• Support the implementation of value creation opportunities and strategic supplier initiatives.
• Utilize in place processes to contribute to an efficient Supply Chain, working with spare parts teams or reorder and inventory quantities, based on lead-times and criticality of part, for production.
• Works diligently on spot buy savings opportunities and contributes to cross plant initiatives.
• Travel to other FQ locations as required.

• BA/BS in Supply Chain or related work experience.
• Strong MS office Suite skills to include Excel, Word, Power Point, along with knowledge of SAP Ariba, Celonis, and QlikView.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment; having knowledge of MRO parts and services.
• Must be an effective communicator, both written and orally.
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Can support on-site personnel in all aspects of the procurement function.

We are seeking a Sr. Indirect Procurement Buyer for our First Quality Products Company located in McElhattan, PA. This position is primarily independently responsible for optimizing the overall cost of supplies and services, developing supply base and supply chain strategies, while negotiating pricing, terms and agreements that are strategic and specific to FQ. This role has a greater responsibility and accountability then buyers, including people management responsibilities.

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

• Perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying procurement knowledge.
• Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and department initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams.
• Identifies and communicates process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for assigned team. Monitor requisition line counts to determine buyer workload.

• Business / Supply Chain degree or related field work experience.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills to include Excel, Word, Power Point, along with working knowledge of SAP Ariba, Celonis, and QlikView, Power BI.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment; with strong expertise in all areas of Indirect Procurement.

We are seeking a International Trade Compliance Specialist for First Quality Consumer Products located in McElhattan, PA . This position will ensure that the company's import and export activities comply with all applicable U.S. and international trade laws including, EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and partner government agency requirements. Responsible for managing all aspects of global logistics, customs compliance, documentation, financial impacts, and risks for raw materials, machinery, components, and finished goods. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery, minimizing delays, and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations.

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

• Manage the import and export process of raw materials, machinery, parts, and finished goods aligned with production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, U.S. and foreign customs laws, and manufacturing-specific import/export requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to coordinate timely and cost-effective global shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams-procurement, production, quality, warehousing, legal, and product development to assess trade compliance implications of new products or markets -to align logistics with supply chain needs.
• Track shipments in real time and proactively resolve any issues with customs clearance or logistics delays.
• Optimize logistics operations and reduce transportation costs through vendor negotiation and process improvements.
• Develop strategic international strategies to deliver the lowest cost options while limiting risk of finished goods sales as well as raw materials and machinery procurement.
• Maintain records in accordance with company policy and support internal and government audits as needed.
• Stay informed of changes in tariffs, sanctions, and other trade compliance requirements.
• Obtain and manage import/export licenses, certificates, and permits (including, but not limited to, customs bonds and powers of attorney) as required.
• Manage international partner relationships and well as implement a network of partners that supports all First Quality requirements
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on international trade compliance policies and procedures
• Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, HTS classification, and global trade regulations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, or equivalent.
• Experience with customs documentation, shipping procedures, and international logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Licensed Customer Broker, required
• Certified Internal Trade Professional, preferred
• Certified Export Specialist (CES), preferred
