**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for facilities coordination at the assigned facilities - including, but not limited to: emergency call coordination, managing work order completion, providing customer follow-up, and running operations. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate third party vendors and work with both internal and external customers including school directors and EMCOR facility managers.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Receive and respond to incoming calls to the LCG Help Desk during designated hours, obtaining necessary information and dispatching appropriate resources within needed timeframe.
Create and manage assigned work orders to completion; follow-up with vendor and client
Communicate/escalate with appropriate parties (FM, customer, vendors, etc.) as needed
Resolve third party invoices by working with the account team and Accounts Payable
Create and submit expense / capital approval forms to support internal facility manager's
Reconcile and process consolidated invoices for national account vendors
Manage customer specific and internal specific contact information identified in the work order management system
Manage additional projects as necessary
Attend meetings, take notes and help plan internal / external conferences as needed
Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
Education

Highschool Diploma with equivalent experience or Associate's degree (A. A.)
Business Experience
(prior years work/related experience)
1-3 years of experience in customer service in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Licenses/Certifications
Valid driver's license

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Technical Qualifications & Skills
