Preferred Qualifications:

As a member of the E-Learning @ FAA team, the Academic Hourly will:
- Be responsible for design, development, management, and support of online courses as offered through the College of Fine and Applied Arts' six academic units-Architecture, Art + Design, Dance, Landscape Architecture, Music, Theatre, and Urban + Regional Planning.
- Analyze instructional needs.
- Provide expertise and assistance with innovative strategies to meet those needs.
- Generally support course and program offerings.

The Academic and Career Advisor supports student success by providing personalized guidance and support. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide individualized advising to help students understand educational options and academic requirements to build degree completion plans.

• Teach academic and career readiness skills through orientations, workshops, classroom presentations, and courses like freshman seminar or career exploration.
