All Macaulay students must complete a thesis or capstone experience as part of their graduation requirements, and the Director will facilitate cross-institutional opportunities for students to share their research, with the larger goal of raising the profile of undergraduate research by Macaulay students both within and outside of the consortium.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized and has excellent facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
