SUMMARY:
This position serves as the primary subject matter expert for various educational software and data warehouses such as eduCLIMBER and Infinite Campus systems, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the district. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to assess system needs, manage system enhancements, and ensure accurate data reporting. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, coordinating implementation, and developing and facilitating training and support materials. The position also provides systems user support to ensure alignment with district goals, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements.

• Provides main subject matter expertise for eduCLIMBER, Infinite Campus, and DNA; collaborates with key functional users to understand needs.
• Researches and recommends system/user improvements to system platforms based on user feedback in collaboration with the academic department.
• Participates in the software governance committee in collaboration with IT.
• Serves as the IT Data Steward for Core Academics for Infinite Campus.
• Develops reports and analyzes data based on functional area requests; recommends recurring reporting solutions to ensure district leadership is informed.
• Participates in cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to understand current and future system needs; develops multi-year plans for training and implementation.
• Plans and facilitates ongoing professional development on software knowledge, application, and implementation to a variety of stakeholders such as teachers, administrators, associate superintendents, and other district leaders.
• Plans and manages assigned projects from design through completion, according to project timelines, budgets, state and Federal regulations, and MPS standards; manages contractors, contracts, and special projects.
• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; tracks project milestones and deliverables; develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Coordinates end-user testing of newly implemented functionalities.
• In collaboration with IT and Design and Training, develops instructional and training materials for the eduCLIMBER, DNA, and Infinite Campus systems.
• In collaboration with IT, defines problems, identifies and isolates errors, identifies needs, and engages in problem solving relative to assigned platforms.
• Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with students, clients, visitors, and MPS staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment
• Enthusiastically promotes the Superintendent's goals and priorities in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Maintains absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, records and MPS information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems, business, education, computer sciences, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year of experience administering software platforms for learning or performance systems; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by Human Resources.
Knowledge of:
• Functionality and integration of eduCLIMBER, DNA, and Infinite Campus platforms
• Best practices in K-12 data systems and performance management tools
• Principles of user-centered design and system usability
• State and Federal regulations related to education data and system implementation

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid Minnesota State Driver's License may be required. A valid MN Teaching License is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in a standard office environment which requires occasionally lifting such articles as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and heavy phone usage.

Tufts Medical Center's Department of Radiology is seeking a Vice Chair of Operations (VCO) to join our growing Department in the heart of downtown Boston. VCO is a clinical leader who is responsible for day-to-day operational aspects of the department, including managing budgets, ensuring efficient workflows, contributing to the department's strategic planning, and collaborating with other departments. VCO will participate in departmental and institutional committees related to quality and safety.
The Department of Radiology at Tufts Medical Center (TMC) provides high-level academic radiology services in the heart of downtown Boston. TMC is a level-I trauma center with expanding transplant services including live donor liver transplant, renal, and cardiac transplants. Advanced cardiac imaging services are also growing in collaboration with the Cardiology department. Neuroradiology with advanced imaging techniques and state-of-the-art MRI scanner is also our strong point. We provide exceptional cancer patient care through multiple service lines including thoracic, breast, GI, GU, hepatobiliary, hem/onc, GYN, head and neck, and CNS. Moreover, we provide comprehensive imaging services covering Chest, Abdominal, MSK, Breast, and Nuclear Medicine imaging.
For their clinical component, the VCO will join a clinical section based on the applicant's subspeciality interest and preferred practice area in one of the diagnostic radiology sections (preferred practice area: abdominal imaging, cardiothoracic/cardiovascular imaging, musculoskeletal imaging).
We have an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program with a complement of 22. Residents gain a wide variety of experiences, particularly from trauma, stroke, transplant, and cancer imaging. We received "continued accreditation" by ACGME this year. Our department offers ESIR pathway for interested residents. Our department currently has two fellowship programs (ACGME NST programs) - MRI fellowship and Emergency and Trauma Radiology Fellowship.
Position Summary:
The Vice Chair of Operations (VCO) will be responsible for optimizing clinical operations based on the departmental vision. VCO will be an expert in clinical radiology to deliver excellent patient care and provides dedicated teaching and mentoring of our radiology residents and fellows. VCO's role will be to manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the Department, including encompassing diagnostic radiology. VCO will be the one to execute oversee physician staffing and scheduling, catalyze interactions among radiologists, technologists, nurses, and admin staff, as well as non-radiologist physicians; and optimize workflow for radiologists. and the overlap of the clinical operations and our educational programs. VCO will work closely with the Chair to support core missions of the Department. VCO will report to the Chair, and work collaboratively with Vice Chair of Quality, Section Chiefs of the Department, Executive Director, Director of Clinical Administration, Chief of Technologists, and the Radiology Residency/Fellowship leadership team.

- The Department of Solid Tumor Oncology and Investigational Therapeutics is expanding and seeking a board-certified medical oncologist with special interest in/ specializing in melanoma to join its Section of Cutaneous Oncology at the level of Assistant Professor or above. The Cutaneous Oncology section is committed to providing outstanding patient care, through innovative research trials with a strong focus on immunotherapy, to patients with melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, and other non-melanoma skin cancers.
- This position is based in Charlotte you will build an outpatient cutaneous malignancy practice.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that provides a range of therapies, including Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical oncology, reconstructive surgery, dermatologic oncology, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, molecularly targeted therapies, and various forms of immunotherapy.
- As a member of this section, the candidate is expected to participate in clinical research through developing, conducting and supporting investigator initiated, cooperative group or pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials.
- Teaching responsibilities would involve oversight of trainees during outpatient and inpatient clinical activities, in concert with the educational programs of the Department.
- Shared weekday and weekend hospital coverage with 15 other physicians
