Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:
Academy Coach Role
Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve
- Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
- Logbooks: keeping track of your hours & sessions
- Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
- Communication: to all parents/ players within our registration programs
- Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on inclemental weather
$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience.
Location
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.
Times
The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.
Requirements
Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
