Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for enhancing our customers' experience from the moment they agree to purchase a vehicle until they meet with our F&I manager to complete their transaction. During this time, you will begin the customer’s delivery process, introduce them to our service department, and book their first service appointment. Your primary focus will be on selling aftercare product and aftermarket accessories while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to build report quickly, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual (Spanish and English) and plus
- Previous experience in retail or automotive sales preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Role responsibilities:
- Drive aftermarket accessory and aftercare product sales revenue
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the dealership.
- Facilitate initial “Blue Link set up” for customer
- Arrange for the delivery of purchased vehicles when needed, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- Schedule customers’ first service with service department
- Assist in managing accessory inventory, restocking shelves, and organizing displays.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle accessories, features, and benefits to provide informed recommendations.
