What you'll do on a typical day:
- Champion the Voice of Customer (VoC) methodology to enhance and manage the customer experience
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction by cultivating strong relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts
- Establish and execute strategic plans to drive account penetration and long-term growth
- Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met and customer expectations are exceeded
- Lead commercial activities including work order completion, renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and front-line customer negotiations
- Serve as a key contributor in the development, review, and refinement of Statements of Work (SOWs) and RFP responses
- Build and nurture relationships to support successful internal and external initiative
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 7 years of progressive experience in account management
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic customer initiatives, manage complex relationships, and deliver commercial value
- Superior customer relationship management experience and skills
- Experience in pricing strategy, RFP responses, Work Order creation and development of Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence internal and external stakeholders
- 10 years of progressive experience in account management
- Experience within supply chain or logistics environments is a strong plus
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Advanced project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and consistently meet customer expectations

What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
- Proactively (and consistently) reach out to trade pros that are not currently doing business with ProSource and help them understand how ProSource and become their partner & grow their business through membership.
- Be curious by asking questions and understanding your member's or your prospect’s business, growth goals, and their current projects so that you can provide solutions for them and what separates you from their competition.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
- Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news by leveraging our extensive training opportunities, including online and classroom training, and vendor reps and events.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with information about your members and prospects.
- Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
- Build strong partnerships with the showroom team.

You might be a great match if you have:
- A High School diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous flooring/flooring sales experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and direction to customers.
Essential Functions:
- Secures all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks.
- Checks in all Vendor representatives, completing the necessary visitor log information and controlling the visitor badges.
- Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
- Handles customer's merchandise returns; complete refund/exchange paperwork.
- Sorts returns by category and return to proper area.
- Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses.
- Handles and administers all incentive and reward programs.
- Remains product knowledgeable.
- Remains aware of advertised sales.
- Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
- Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by:
- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs
- Making product recommendations based off this analysis

Experience/Qualifications:
