**SUMMARY:**
The Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a book of Personal Lines including High net-worth/Private Client insurance business, while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations. Provides a high level of support to Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
+ Works closely with Producers (if applicable) and other HUB personnel on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while adhering to HUB's best practices and standard procedures.
+ Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
+ Acquires understanding of clients' insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability.
+ Stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and other external conditions that may impact their clients.

We are looking for a Agriculture Strategic Account Manager to join our Agricultural Solutions team supporting the Southest US (AL, GA, NC, SC, FL and VA).

As a Agriculture Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Strategic accounts. You will meet BASF specified targets by creating value for the existing customer base and prospecting for new opportunities with products, services, and/or solutions from BASF. You will be based in the Southeast that has easy access to an airport, allowing you to service your Strategic accounts. Your main geography will be regional in scope covering the Southeastern part of US and some other regions of US (minimum of 75% travel required).

+ Managing strategic customer accounts, delivering value through BASF's products, services, and solutions.
+ Developing and executing a 3-Year Business Plan with assigned channel partners aligned to BASF's strategic goals.
+ Communicating BASF's strategy and objectives across all levels of the channel partner's organization to ensure alignment.
+ Facilitating collaboration with regional and district managers to create mutually profitable business solutions.
+ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating internal resources to support growth.
+ Maintaining deep market knowledge in U.S. Seed & Crop Protection, especially distributor and channel partner dynamics.
**If you.**
+ Have a minimum of 13-15 years of experience in Account Management, Field Sales Management, Marketing, and/or Business Development within the agricultural field.
+ Demonstrated expertise with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint presentations, creating pivot tables and analyzing data to assimilate to customers.
+ Possess a willingness and ability to travel a minimum of 70% of the time, primarily domestically.
+ Reside in the Southeast US to effectively support key geographies.
+ Leverage a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agricultural Business, or Agricultural Science or related and 15 years' experience or MS/MBA and 13 years' experience.
+ Demonstrate experience managing business relationships with assigned channel partners, including Corporate and/or Regional Business relationships.
+ Exhibit a strong understanding of distribution, go-to-market systems, and competitive relationships within channel accounts to develop a 3-Year Business Plan.
