**Location:** Dallas, TX (Remote/Work From Home)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prospecting / generating leads
+ Meet or exceed revenue, gross margin % and gross margin dollar targets
+ Develop proposals (pricing per pricing guidelines-escalate with exceptions)
+ Manage sales process and pipeline utilizing Salesforce
+ Cross-functional collaboration with recruiters, safety, service and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years direct/outside sales/B2B experience with a preference in construction and/or staffing
+ Experience building sales territories as opposed to inheriting established markets
+ Demonstrates business acumen to include financial performance, and success in developing and maintaining customer relationships
+ Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and ability to persuade, present, negotiate, follow up and close
+ Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make decisions
+ Self-motivation and goal oriented; demonstrates a relentless tenacity with specific sales strategies identified and ability to work independently without day-to-day direction
+ Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure
+ Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population as well as clients
+ Bilingual language skills a plus
+ HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required
+ Strong knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
**Salary Range** : $60,000 - $68,750 annually, depending on experience and geographic location plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.

Here's what you'd do:
The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients. The Account Manager builds long-term relationships that foster client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations.
You'd be responsible for
+ Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients within the portfolio
+ Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed
+ Ensure design and bid for proposed enhancement projects are delivered to clients in a timely manner
+ Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate to the Business Developer
+ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients focusing on all pertinent points of contact
+ Develop and maintain a schedule to perform "site walkthroughs" during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met
+ Lead and facilitate the resolution of client issues or concerns as needed
+ Ensure renewals of each account within the assigned client portfolio
+ Proactively listen to potential site enhancement needs of existing clients
+ Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded
+ Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with Operations Manager to review site quality and to ensure that client expectations are met
+ Support the efforts for hiring, training and coaching the field crews that support the assigned portfolio
+ Promote compliance of all safety regulations and policies
+ Ensure branch financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary (enhancement) services
+ Assist the Branch Manager in overall leadership of the branch to include participation in all relevant meetings
+ Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels and CRM account notes as appropriate
+ Coordinate with the Branch Administrator to ensure databases are consistently updated with current client information
+ Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for client relations, account management, and marketing aspects of operating multiple projects within an assigned area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages customer contracts. Verifies that all aspects of contracts are billed accurately.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the operation of a water or wastewater treatment facility, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Driver's License. Ability to obtain appropriate water or wastewater certification based on facility managed .
Technical:
Knowledge of water/wastewater facilities . Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, DOT regulations, and Utility SOPs. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet tools. Ability to interpret analytical results.
