Job Description

BMO is hiring a Account Servicing Manager to join the Transportation and Vendor Finance operations Team at the office location 3925 Fountains Blvd NE in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Provides day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes including loan administration and servicing activities. Supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities and processes and fulfillment of stakeholders inquiries/requests within relevant service level agreements. Collaborates with stakeholders to promote efficient and effective processes and work flow, establish positive working relationships across the organization and to achieve business results and deliver the intended customer and employee experience. Lending operations includes specialized operations processes and activities for mortgages, consumer lending products, leasing and/or commercial lending products.

+ Checks and reconciles information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Performs administrative tasks such as distributing/collecting/filing/etc. documentation and information.
+ Data enters, reviews and verifies loan information and documentation for processing and/or further handling.
+ Manages documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper manner.

+ Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

As a Deposit Account Services Tech, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end process of handling multiple job functions within the Department with a high level of proficiency. Your primary role will involve verifying, documenting, and processing member information in compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements. The position involves meticulous record-keeping, effective communication with internal teams, external third party and facilitating the maintaining of accounts in a sensitive and service excellence manner. The Deposit Account Servicing Tech should have a strong attention to detail, understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and compassion. Additionally, the role may involve contact with legal and compliance departments to ensure adherence to industry standards. You may be required to manage numerous calls with minimal downtime between interactions, while simultaneously navigating computer systems.

TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
  1. Areas of responsibility will include but not limited: levies and garnishments, zero balance accounts, proxies, privacy opt-out notices, non-resident alien accounts, foreign account reports, safe deposit boxes, VOD/member rating letters, photocopies from various systems and applications, specialty accounts, research requests, B-notices, Social Security reporting, address changes, trusts, subpoenas, Immigration letters and account modifications.
  2. Verification and Documentation: Verify and meticulously document all relevant information pertaining to members accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Collaborate with members, branch staff and back-office departments and other relevant parties to obtain necessary documentation and information required for.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial industry regulations and ensure that all procedures adhere to these standards. Must successfully maintain all regulatory and compliance courses and apply knowledge to daily tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Calls customers about early delinquency account statuses

+ Implements repayment plans as necessary and collects delinquent payments
