Accountability Technician - B shift
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain good housekeeping.
- Follow the appropriate reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement outages.
- Follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and comply with Schreiber and OSHA safety requirements.
- Assist production leadership in training partners on inventory software and management systems.
- Review inputs and outputs of virtual batches in Invio and Oracle for discrepancies.
- Assist partners in resolving inventory management issues such as incorrect quantities, barcodes not scanning, adjusting batches, etc.
- Work with Finance to identify and solve problems and to help adjust bring raw material and finish good inventory into balance.
- Provide salvage and scrap reports to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate and manage vendor returns including but not limited to milk, powders, cultures, fruit preps, and flavoring. This includes filing requisite forms and collecting relevant samples and photo evidence.
- Coordinate ingredient and packaging supplier vendor visits.
- Resolve OPM and HIVE issues
- Working with Commissioning, coordinating packaging and product trials.
- Send packaging samples to appropriate parties when requested.
- Review staging locations for packaging errors.
- Adjust scrap and whey out of the system and work with Home Office to dispose of obsolete packaging.
- Learn basic production scheduling requirements to cover Scheduler vacations, call offs, and leave.
- Work cross functionally at the request of leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Dependability (ability to maintain an absenteeism rate under 3%)
- Willingness to work OT and weekends as required.

As a Water Accountability Apprentice, you will perform essential physical labor and operate the required mechanical equipment to support the Water Accountability Team in its field operations. You will work closely under the direction of a Meter Technician and report directly to the Water Accountability & Customer Advocacy Manager. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in the utility and public works sector with a path toward long-term career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy manual labor and operate mechanical tools and equipment in support of field service operations
- Assist with site preparation, including trench digging, compacting earth, backfilling, and loading/unloading materials and equipment

Job Description:
Louisiana State University invites applications for the position of Case Coordinator - Residential Accountability working with student conduct within Student Advocacy & Accountability (SAA) and Residential Life. Reporting to the Residential Accountability Manager, this position assists in the interpretation and administration of the LSU Code of Student Conduct and Residential Life policies. This position assists the Residential Accountability Manager in all areas of student conduct including, but not limited to: supporting institutional case management, oversight of educational outcomes, collaboration with SAA and Residential Life on conduct officer training, evaluation of hearing officers, and works on special projects that may include policy development and assessment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- Serves as a case manager and hearing officer responsible for the prompt and impartial investigations of allegations and adjudication of the LSU Code of Student Conduct, the Residential Life Living on Campus Handbook, and other University policies.
- Assists the Residential Accountability Manager in the intake of cases and assigning to in-community staff members via the Maxient database.
- Supports case management through monitoring accountability case timelines, follow-ups, and assisting staff members as needed.
- Assists with the development and implementation of training for Residential Life in-community staff members regarding conduct processes.
- Oversees conflict resolution measures within Residential Life for on-campus residents, staff members, and other involved parties.
Enhance and Develop Training and Development of Case Managers
Residential Education staff members assist with the accountability process as case managers, among other job responsibilities. This role will work in conjunction with the Residential Accountability Manager to develop training for case managers, with a focus on developing essential skills in entry-level and graduate staff, reporting performance concerns to supervisors to address in a timely manner, and maintaining a case management process that is fair and equitable to students.
Advance Community Education and Engagement
The Case Coordinator will provide support for on-campus residents by creating and developing resources, presentations, modules, and trainings to assist residents in understanding LSU and Residential Life policies, processes, and resources.
Elevate Consistency and Collaboration in Accountability Processes
The Case Coordinator will engage in effective practices to strengthen consistency and support provided to students navigating the accountability process within Residential Life. Close partnership with the Residential Life Accountability Manager and the Case Coordinator will allow the residential accountability team to foster a sustainable and effective collaboration between Residential Life and Student Advocacy & Accountability, LSU University Police Department, and other essential campus stakeholders.

ABOUT THE DIVISION OF STUDENT AFFAIRS PRIORITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Student Support (60%): Serve as a case manager for conduct cases. Conducts prompt, impartial, and thorough investigations and adjudications of the LSU Code of Student Conduct, Residential Life, and University policies. Assist the Residential Accountability Manager in the intake of cases including reviewing and proofing incident reports, and assigning cases to in-community staff.
Program Support (20%): Assist with development and implementation of training for Residential Life in-community staff members to carry out due process as outlined in the Code and/or alternate resolution procedures. Plans, organizes, administers, and delivers programming to students, faculty, and staff regarding SAA/Residential Life, the Code, and University policies. Provide support for the University Hearing Panel process. Oversees conflict resolution measures within Residential Life, including Roommate Agreement process.
Administrative Support (10%): Responsible for the day-to-day operations for Residential Life through administrative management of Maxient caseload. Demonstrates divisional attitudes and priorities in all aspects of work.
Quality Control (5%): Ensures every aspect of administrative tasks, implementation, and overall design exudes a high degree of quality. Embraces and executes the marginal gains approach and seeks to improve level of all services, events, programs, and experiences in department for continuous improvement every academic year.
Other Duties (5%): Attend SAA and Residential Education staff meetings. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. This includes but is not limited to: efforts that support broad division/institution efforts including at least 40 hours per year spent helping divisional initiatives such as Move-In Day, Welcome Week, Family Weekend, Career Expo, Disability Services Finals Testing, other special projects etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related professional experience working with student conduct, residential Life, or closely related experience OR Master's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- LSU values skills, experience, and expertise. Candidates who have relevant experience in key job responsibilities are encouraged to apply- a degree is not required as long as the candidate meets the required years of experience specified in the job description.
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education in College Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
