We are hiring a dynamic and commercially-minded Director of Growth to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Accountants Program, with a focus on outsourced accounting products supporting Client Accounting Services (CAS) practices. This role will be pivotal in expanding Sage's footprint within the accounting ecosystem by enabling firms to grow through technology, automation, and scalable service offerings.
This role is being created to address a critical growth opportunity within our accountant channel-specifically the increasing demand for outsourced solutions among firms serving nonprofit, professional services, and small business clients. As the market shifts rapidly toward CAS models, we require a dedicated leader to design and operationalize growth strategy, build a supporting team, and ensure that our go-to-market motion aligns with the evolving needs of modern accounting firms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategic GTM roles.
- 3+ years of experience building GTM strategies
- Strong familiarity with the accounting industry, particularly outsourced/CAS models and modern firm workflows.
- Proven track record of building and executing GTM strategies within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- Ability to build and scale a team, manage cross-functional alignment, and deliver revenue results.
This role is hybrid in our Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office.

We are searching for a Sales Leader for Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP). In this role you will be responsible for generating monthly or annual revenue through direct sales groups, assigned business partners, or certified consultants for the Sage SIAP business. This includes managing a team of Partner Account Managers to close opportunities, maximize results, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage teams responsible for the following: Generating revenue with existing customers through perpetual renewals, migration to cloud and native cloud solutions, upsell and cross sell opportunities. Works with assigned business partners and coordinates internal resources as necessary to help close opportunities, maximize results and ensure satisfaction with current and prospective customers.
You will possess a proven record of sales management accomplishments and understand the dynamics of Accounting firms. To thrive in this role, you must be able to articulate and demonstrate both sell to and sell through motions from a leadership perspective. Excellent leadership skills and prior experience managing a high-performing sales team are essential. You will be an effective strategist and communicator, capable of mentoring and monitoring a sales management team to drive product sales. You should be comfortable operating in an environment where financial targets are transparent, highly measurable, and where personal accountability for targets is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Partner Account Managers, business partners, and certified consultants to manage a subset of channel partners to drive Sage strategic objectives, remove barriers to execution, and increase partner/customer loyalty.
- Works with internal and/or external team to execute on tactical plans; helping to achieve strategic team goals and revenue targets.
- Work with designated Sage Hosting Providers to assist in driving native cloud subscription penetration across our existing customer base, and new customer acquisition.

Assesses current go to market strategy and works with management team to make recommendations on short-term and long-term changes.
- Increase the software maintenance renewal rate through effective inside sales techniques using internal and/or external teams.

- Work to remove any operational/organizational barriers that may impede success of the team. Collaborate with other departments, coordinating efforts to increase revenue growth and partner/customer loyalty.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of product updates and works alongside product marketing, product managers, IT, and marketing to articulate those improvements that related to customers typical maintenance renewal drivers.
- Track sales activities, customer data and customers' status within internal systems.
- Represent Sage at conferences and customer events, as required.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of B2B inside sales experience, to include at least five years in sales management.
- 5+ years ERP/accounting software sales experience
