As a Client Activation Sales Specialist in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you'll consult with prospective, new, and churned accounts in our small business segment, as you help them to activate their jobs on our website.

Your Impact
The Clinical Activation Specialist is based in the US and reports to the Sr. Business Development Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Clinical Operations. This role is responsible for driving clear aligner utilization by conducting online and field-based clinical support, ensuring the optimal dental practice environment and workflows are in place for successful adoption and implementation of our aligner solutions. The role combines in-practice expertise and experience in a field-based role with in-depth clinical knowledge to educate and assist dental practices, ensuring optimal product usage, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. This role shall foster strong relationships with clients, promote clear aligner products, and ensure that all technical and clinical inquiries are addressed effectively.
What You'll Do
- Support clinical and business development programs by identifying growth opportunities, delivering trainings and helping address clinical/technical questions from customers including dentists, hygienists and practice staff.
- Promote clear aligner products to dental professionals, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Act as the clinical expert, providing detailed answers to technical and dental-related questions from clients, including how to effectively implement and use clear aligners.
- Travel extensively to provide in-person clinical support to the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assist dental professionals in troubleshooting any issues or concerns related to clear aligner products, offering practical solutions and guidance.
- Provide clinical support by assisting with case selection, treatment planning, and troubleshooting complex cases during in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on both sales and clinical aspects of clear aligners.
- Identify key challenges within the dental practice environment and working to develop targeted training content and programs to address them.
- Deliver hands-on training in dental practices, including product use, treatment protocols, and case planning.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues related to the clear aligner products.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and clinical support efforts in CRM or other systems.
- Provide regular reports on client feedback and market insights to management.
- Represent Eon Dental at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, conducting on-site workshops and educational sessions.
- Gather customer feedback in the field and relay insights to internal teams to improve product offerings and support.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Responsible for providing a wide range of support within the Corporate Sponsorships team including but not limited to, coordinating the tracking and activation of assets for sponsorships, including but not limited to tickets and hospitality, signage, special events, and branded on-site and digital promotional assets.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Tracking and coordinating the fulfillment of all contractual sponsorship assets and ensuring that they are activated to the fullest benefit of the CNB brand.
* Assist in fulfilling all aspects of sponsorship agreements negotiated by the Corporate Sponsorships Team.
* Maintaining a current list of all sponsorship assets for each assigned sponsorship
* Maintaining a monthly calendar of all sponsorship asset schedules and deliverables
* Working with the key line divisions to ensure that all ticket and hospitality assets are put to the best and highest use
* Working with key marketing channel partners to ensure that sponsorship assets are created and delivered by identified deadlines.
* Managing the monthly budgets and bill-backs for sponsorship assets that get charged back to the line divisions.
* Creating recaps of executed events and activation to share internally and with respective clients and partners.
* Developing strong working relationships with key contacts at assigned sponsorships to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship assets.
* Attending corporate sponsorship events and promotions as required.
* Maintaining and building client relationships.
* Weekend, evening, and some travel may be required.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
*Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 year industry experience with a corporation, team, league, and/ or agency in an activation and/or events capacity.
*Additional Qualifications*
* Proven track record of effective project management, detail‐oriented thinking and strong communication.
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment, have good judgment and strong ethics.

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Activation Specialist for our Southwest Florida Club (SWFL) with a passion for boating and a drive to bring the Freedom Boat Club brand to life in this market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the regional brand leadership team to implement key marketing strategies and support the accelerated growth of Freedom Boat Club SWFL. Local Marketing & Sales Support: Serve as the (SME) for local marketing activations in assigned regions, providing guidance to the sales team. Event Planning, Execution & Coordination: Lead the planning, coordination and execution of local events of varying scale (e.g., boat shows, sales events, member appreciation events).
