As a Game Design Manager on the Teamfight Tactics team , you will report to the Design Director. You'll coach, support, and advocate for the designers who report to you, and you'll also work as an individual contributor on one of our design-involved initiatives - Gameplay and Cosmetics. Since TFT design managers do meaningful IC work, we expect them to manage no more than 5 designers (and ideally 3-4).
Knowledge of Teamfight Tactics will be crucial to understanding what appeals to our players. You'll also need strong leadership skills and an intense desire to build and refine your management craft; formal management experience, while desirable, is not required for this role.
