Develop, execute and monitor data management and business analytic processes to support project
delivery. Model demand scenarios and determine best real estate plan to address alternative forecasts.
Translate business intelligence into real estate insights. Maintain data integrity of tools used. Provide and communicate reporting and metrics to stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information
Technology or a related field and minimum two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have experience with/in:
- Performing data analysis and visualization;
- Performing ad hoc reporting using SQL tools and/or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView;
- Ensuring data consistency and integrity for the development of models or reports;
- Modeling spreadsheets with Power Query or Python; and
- Working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
