Client is in need of an ad hoc EDI Mapping Specialist.
It is mandatory that the candidate have experience with Trustedlink. Their ERP is written in RPG and this is running on the IBM so those skills should be necessary as well.
From time to time, there will be groups of mapping changes that need to take place or new trading partners are being brought on board. These are typically planned. They may also need to make map changes because of all of the tariff situations currently.
Skills Needed:
- Develop and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, transaction mapping, and partner setups.
- Lead the implementation, management, and maintenance of the EDI system, including integration with ERP system and other internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to analyze requirements, develop mapping specifications, and ensure accurate and timely data exchange.

Role:
The nurses are the only part of our team that touches the participants in their homes. Currently, we are looking to staff 3-5 nurses per state in all 50 states. We are hoping to find people located in the Southern, Central and Northern parts of the states to have the ability to cover a visit anywhere in that particular state within a 1- 6 hour travel period. Visits duration and frequency varies by study. There are no set hours per week this is more of a stand by/per diem situation. As visits in a given area come in we will reach out to the nurse and see if they are available for a visit. Generally, we ask for their schedules per week or month whatever they are able to provide and we use that to match them up for upcoming visits. If they can provide us with 1-2 days a week for potential visits that would be great.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently licensed and has no history of previous misconduct or revoked license
- No DUI's on their records
- Ability to travel and drive to visits (anywhere from a one hour drive to 6 hours)
- Ability to do visits during the weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings ( many of the participants prefer visits before work/school or after.
- Ability to do blood draws and use a centrifuge in the participants home (we do not allow more than 3 pricks per day/participant if they do not collect we need to reschedule)
- Must be familiar with Clinical Research from Hospital setting or other; Ideally has previous experience with inhome clinical research model.
- Tech-savvy - we use iPhones/iPad for visits, as well as all inputting of vitals and notes are done in our Platform. All visits are via Zoom while running a chat with the study team.

OVERVIEW

This is a remote role based out of our Cincinnati, Ohio office.
The purpose of this position is to ensure the successful completion of the installation of our turnkey projects. This includes large and mid-size multi-discipline; Emphasis is placed on project scope/schedule compliance, profitability, communications, documentation, use of construction management techniques, and client interaction and support. The Construction Manager provides the management expertise necessary to satisfy the clients' and MTI's project requirements and objectives, thereby placing MTI in a favorable position for repeat business with assigned clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- For those projects assigned to the Construction Manager, he or she shall be responsible for the proper planning and implementation as defined in the Matrix Operations Manual and in our Quality Systems. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Implementing required procedures and action plans as detailed in the Matrix Operations Manual (MOM) and in the Quality Systems (QS) documents.
- Maintaining project schedules. Communicating schedule issues to the PM.
- Maintaining on site project budgets. Communicating budget issues to the PM.
- Directing and coordinating all work related to assigned projects.
- Development of the site specific safety plans and implementation of same. Coordinate with client safety reps and procedures.
- Maintaining project communications through regular review meetings and day-to-day contact.
- Maintaining project correspondence files.
- Verifying completion of all required job specific inspections. Maintain file with inspection information.
- Assuring that all contractual requirements are satisfied.
- Maintaining client contact and coordinating flow of information between the Client and MTI.
- Maintaining records of purchased material. Tracking of receipt and location of material received on site.
- Assistance with the Issuing and administering of subcontracts.
- Coordinating billing with the MTI accounting for assigned projects.
- Working with Project Management to complete final job lessons learned and critiques at completion of projects.
- Maintain positive client relationships and develop potential work opportunities.
- Provide project managers with input on personnel assigned to your projects concerning their performance, attitude, potential, and/or problem areas as appropriate.
- Five or more years experience as a Construction Manager, Engineer or equivalent. Project Management experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of five years on-site construction/installation experience
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; stoop, kneel, crouch; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- This employee may perform industrial field work which could include exposure to hazardous locations, inclement weather, moving mechanical parts, noise, ladders, uneven ground, and stairs.
- This employee may perform industrial field work which could include exposure to a wide range of known food allergens.
We offer market-competitive compensation for a Construction Manager with a base range of $70/hr to $100/hr. Salaries are based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
