What you'll be doing
Cultivate Deep Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing long-term partnerships with major mobile game and app developers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business models and challenges.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that identify and seize opportunities to transform client success
Leverage a Robust Portfolio: Utilize Unitys expansive ad monetization solutionsincluding Unity Levelplay, Unity Network, ironSource, and Tapjoy Offerwallto optimize revenue streams and drive client performance.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (revenue, ARPDAU, engagement metrics) to uncover trends and innovate strategic improvements that directly impact growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamssales, product development, technical support, and business intelligenceto ensure seamless execution and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
Optimize Integrations: Continuously review and enhance partnership integrations, offering strategic recommendations that keep clients ahead in a competitive marketplace
What we're looking for
Client-Facing Expertise: Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role within digital advertising, ad monetization, or mobile AdTech, with experience managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts.
Effective Communication & Technical Savvy: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to clearly articulate both strategic and technical concepts.
Analytical & Strategic Acumen: Read into datasets and extract insights and recommendations to guide innovative account strategies to drive revenue growth
Resilience in a Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while remaining solution-oriented
Passion for Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming and ad-tech industries, with a proactive mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and industry-leading strategies.

We are TikTok Monetization Ad Growth Team, dedicated to creating an exceptional advertising experience and intelligent growth marketing strategies for global advertising clients. Here, you will engage with challenging technical domains such as large-scale user systems, diverse advertising fields (ad creation, material optimization, delivery strategy, attribution, measurement, etc.), AI-driven personalized recommendations and growth strategies, and massive client profiling powered by LLM and big data. We are seeking like-minded individuals to join us in leveraging technology to help global small and medium-sized business (SMB) advertisers effectively connect with customers, achieve business success, and drive the rapid growth of TikTok's advertising business! Responsibilities: 1.Shape TikTok Monetization's growth through the development of personalized strategies such as coupons, internal advertising, and intelligent suggestions. This role directly influences the company's P&L and monetization roadmap. 2.Work with cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge machine learning models aimed at enhancing SMB advertisers' performance. This includes predicting key performance indicators like click-through rates and conversion rates, leveraging data and technology to drive business outcomes. 3.Build TTAM (TikTok Ads Manager) Copilot by integrating LLMs into our products and services to improve advertiser engagement. Tasks include developing Generative-AI based QAs, recommending auto-creation strategies, and developing conversational creation flows, all contributing to user satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 2. Experience with machine learning, in either an academic or industrial setting. 3. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including natural language processing, computer vision, click-through rate prediction, etc. 4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Go, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn). 5. Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. 7. Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, collaboration, ownership, empathy, honesty). Preferred Qualifications: 1. PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 2. Job Information
(For Pay Transparency)Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $259200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
