The Ad Sales Director will support the SVP of Ad Sales & Partnerships in ensuring a strong relationship between Universal Networks International LatAm and our local Ad Sales representatives. With extensive travel throughout the region, this role will ensure that Universal Networks International is front of mind with our representatives by providing regular insights and materials to support Ad Sales growth.
Basic Requirements:
+ Create and deliver local ad sales strategy; ensure this is effectively communicated with all local ad sales reps
+ Manage pacing reports for the region; ensure that they are shared with VP Ad Sales as well as SVP & GM LatAm & Global Advertising Sales group when appropriate
+ Approve all rate cards, including establishing minimum and maximum rates
+ Approve local deals; set terms and conditions on how to negotiate for UNI channel portfolio
+ Deliver training on a quarterly basis to ensure that reps are fully briefed on marketing, programming and insight
+ Constantly be aware of new trends in the different markets; have cultural understanding of the regions and be able to foresee what is important
+ Constantly look for new opportunities in different markets
+ Ensure strong relationships are maintained across LatAm marketing & programming functions (particularly in region) to develop in-depth understanding of channels
+ Represent Universal Networks International at local advertising events
+ Travel extensively to the regions in order to maintain relationships, seek new opportunities and opening business in new markets/locations
+ Focus on the entire objective of a sale: client relations, content, negotiations, renewals, etc.
+ Manage a team and ensure goals are being met and that all work aligns with objectives for the month.
+ Build and maintain close relationships with agencies and clients within the region to understand the performance of channel brands locally
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with all local ad sales reps; weekly / daily update calls
+ Work closely with ad sales, marketing, and creative solutions to ensure all avenues are exploited locally to keep the channel portfolio current and updated
+ Work with third parties to establish good relationships as well as give opportunities for new clients
+ Works under the direct supervision of SVP Ad Sales & Partnerships and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or Media or relevant field
+ Minimum 7 years of Ad Sales leadership experience, either with a network in-house or an agency
+ Demonstrable experience in exceeding sales targets
+ Experience of effectively managing rep relationships
+ Existing network of clients and agencies covering LatAm region
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Language: Fluent in English and Spanish

Your New Role
The Manager, Ad Sales Finance is responsible for providing transparent financial analysis for the linear media business. This position will work closely with Advertising Sales, Pricing and Planning, Research, and Accounting to provide key insights and actionable analysis.
Your Role Accountabilities
+ Create, own and maintain ad sales revenue financial models for weekly linear forecast for a large amount of networks and bridge prior week changes at a consolidated level

Our Sales Advisors connect with key small "Start -Ups" to mid-size businesses and is responsible for establishing and growing relationships and guides them through the process of ensuring they successfully optimize their online advertising campaigns. In this role, you will work to identify priority accounts and partner with them to ensure they have strong returns. As a Digital Advertising Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for empowering our client to make the right ad sale profile choices to support their targeted cliental/customer base.
As a Sales Advisor, you will:
+ Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of online advertising / social media marketing in your interactions
+ Hosting online video meetings that uncover customer business needs and present solutions that meet the customer's advertising objectives
+ Identify customer sales objectives and marketing key performance indicators
+ Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI
+ Deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations
+ Monitor active client campaigns and provide timely enhancement recommendations
+ Provide feedback to leadership on product offerings and lessons learned
+ Identify and proactively recommend upsell opportunities to clients
+ Become a subject matter on client's advertising platform, features, and available enhancements
+ Excellent written and verbal skills to best communicate with our client and team members
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Must be able to work a **hybrid** schedule based out of our Farmington Hills office
+ 2+ years of experience working in digital or social media sales
+ Experience in Excel (Microsoft Office) and ability to demonstrate skills through assessment
+ Knowledge of how internet advertising or social media technology works **(** with the ability to explain it in ordinary terms).
+ Proven experience with efficiently working within multiple systems and tools to perform daily tasks
+ Proven communication and usage skills across multiple channels (e.g., virtual meetings, phone, email)
