The Role Itself
- Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
- Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
- Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
- Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
- RN License
- Open to New Grad RN
- Must be 21yrs or older
License:
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
