This is a Remote position, preferably within the geography of Truist.
JOB SUMMARY
Directly administers and provides fiduciary advice and oversight for all types of Wealth trust accounts including personal trusts, special needs trusts, investment management, custodial and guardianship accounts. Manages a portfolio of varying accounts in levels of complexity and asset size.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Understands and is conversant with financial and estate planning strategies and is able to understand and interpret legal and fiduciary documents. Uses this expertise to help deliver fiduciary advice directly to clients or to the client team, depending on segmentation.
2. Partners with client teams to help drive fiduciary new business identification and onboarding.
3. Meets or exceeds client service standards, aligned by Truist Wealth segmentation strategy, by partnering with Client Advisors, Investment Portfolio Managers, Wealth Strategists, and external advisors to define and meet clients' tax, financial, estate planning, and banking goals and objectives.
4. Ensures trust administrative duties are completed in an effective and efficient manner. These tasks include comprehensive review and interpretation of governing trust and account documents, cash management, trouble shooting, and proper memorialization of files in the iWork document imaging system and Advisor Desktop systems.
5. Coordinates annual Reg-9 administrative review resolution and coordinates tax matters for assigned accounts including 1099s, 1041s, and others as appropriate.
6. Responsible for the proper escalation of matters to various internal parties including Risk Oversight, Legal, and Compliance.
7. Responsible for the completion of projects as determined by the line of business.
8. Conforms to Truist policies and procedures, applicable laws and the terms of the underlying documents (including Reg 9, Discretionary Distribution policies and procedures, Sarbanes Oxley/Anti-money Laundering).
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. 10+ years experience as a relationship manager in the Fiduciary Services, Private Wealth, or Institutional Investment Management industry with 5+ years in Trust Administration.
2. Strong knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary and tax laws.
3. Strong analytical skills including, issue identification and resolution.
4. Significant legal document interpretation skills.
5. Very knowledgeable of banking and trust systems.
6. Intermediate or advanced PC skills including standard Microsoft Office products and database applications.
7. Demonstrated organization skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information clearly to clients and internal partners.
9. Ability to mentor and informally coach Trust Advisors and other members of the team. Serves as a brand ambassador for the group in engagement with clients and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, Fiduciary Administration or related field.
2. Working towards or possess an advanced degree or certification (e.g. JD, MBA, CFP, CPA, or CTFA).

Position Overview

Responsible for the management of the contract planning and execution of 3rd party vendors under routine Master Services Agreements (MSA). Oversees a team of multi-trade Planners and Technicians that will work as direct liaison with the vendors. Ensures all vendors meet the requirements set forth within Universal Destinations and Experiences' (UDX) standards, local codes and regulations, industry standards for care, and contract documents. Manages all documentation related to labor/parts procurement, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements.

+ Oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of 3rd party vendors for all scopes of work covered by the MSA across Universal Orlando Resort. Coordinate work schedule with the area/trade manager to accommodate both vendor and venue availability and assure all tooling and parts are available for project completion. Works closely with the facilities and utilities management team in planning projects providing a detailed scope of work, written procedures, estimated time, materials, resources needed for all work related to the MSA scope. Coordinate with all internal UDX teams to support the MSA overall objectives.
+ Coaches and counsels all utility trade technicians. Develops, reviews, and delivers employee performance evaluations as well as personnel development plans.
+ Supervises routine utilities maintenance, PM schedules, and operations. Ensures all emergency work and repairs are being performed. Ensures safety related items are completed as soon as possible. Coordinates activities with other Utilities Supervisors.
+ Assists and coordinates, as requested through work orders, with ride & show and facility maintenance on all utilities / M.E.P. issues to ensure ride / venue readiness, reliability and maximum operational availability.
+ Function as the Facilities and Utilities Duty Supervisor as required. Requires working all shifts and days of the week.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

The RN II considers individual, cultural, ethnic, and religious values and beliefs in planning and delivering evidence-based care to both individual children and also the disease specific population, by providing pertinent teaching, coordination, continuity of care and consultation with appropriate community resources.
The RN II is responsible for program development and management. As a program manager, the RN II is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations and administration of the program including running the program, submitting reports, directing staff, training, scheduling, etc. The RN II will manage, coordinate and participate in a variety of administrative and/or clinical activities related to a specific program or specialty; supervise staff; and develop policies and procedures consistent with program objectives. May need to travel to satellite locations as needed.
This position is responsible for the following:
- Responsible for the care of patients within specific population.
- Utilizes the nursing process as a basis for providing and evaluating nursing care; applies knowledge of growth and development, pathophysiology, and family dynamics in delivery of care.
- Develops and manages activities of division specific assigned program or specialty; makes decisions on specific clinical problems and performs in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Plan, develop, and implement goals and objectives of assigned program in conjunction with leadership.
- Evaluates program objectives on a continual basis and implements changes as needed to meet or revise these objectives.
- Plan and conduct meetings with staff to ensure compliance with established practices and keep associates abreast of current standards.
- Develop appropriate training and orientation programs.
- Compile and maintain records, reports, and documentation of program activities to be used for program evaluation.
- Assist with phone triage, medication refills, and clinical care as required by division.
- Programs and/or operates specialized testing equipment as required by the division.
- Performs all other related tasks as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or actively enrolled in a BSN program with a completion date within 12 months of hire required.
- Current Florida Nursing license in good standing.
- BLS Certification required.
- CPN preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year and up to three (3) years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience, pediatrics preferred.
- Travel is required to other clinic locations.
