**About your role:**
As part of the Financial Institutions Group, within the Applications Operations team, the Application Support Engineer (AppOps) will join a supportive and flexible environment that encourages thinking outside of the box. Working with other members of the Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of our Azure & Windows Servers environments. The ideal candidate will be capable of analyzing and solving complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
This position is responsible for the technical operations of the FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) product suite, which supports our financial client's access to effectively perform their jobs, run their bank, make critical business decisions, update OFAC, and be alerted when wire frauds and financial crimes occur.
**What you will do:**
+ Accountable for driving production incidents to resolution, by analyzing and coordinating with the required parties and always acting as the owner and leader of the situation
+ Discuss technical issues with business analysts and developers
+ Build and optimize SQL and Splunk queries to run large databases efficiently
+ Analyze network issues, understand the flows and dependencies, and discuss it with the Network engineers

Job Description

**The Role at a Glance**
The Life Reinsurance team at Lincoln is responsible for coordinating reinsurance administration, execution, and monitoring efforts across Lincoln's Life Solutions organization. This expanding team is looking to onboard a data-driven actuary to develop and maintain strategic reinsurance administration and monitoring processes. This person will play a leadership role in developing monitoring infrastructure on a backlog of transactions, and build infrastructure to administer new & existing life strategic reinsurance transactions. ·Develops and maintains administration and monitoring infrastructure for strategic reinsurance transactions within the Individual Life line of business.
·Surveys upstream data providers and downstream data customers to develop understanding of how reinsurance data is used throughout Lincoln's information ecosystem.
·Leads development of data processes and reconciliation reports that are efficient, tractable, and instill confidence in the integrity of results for downstream stakeholders and auditors.

The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. We are looking for a **Benefits Administration Specialist - HR Service Delivery** to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska.
As a **Benefits Administration Specialist - HR Service Delivery** , reporting to the Manager HR Service Delivery, you will deliver customer service and expert support in a team-based HR service center environment. You will ensure the accuracy of Benefit processes and data in Workday, responding to Benefit inquiries through verbal and written channels, educating end-users in Workday Self-Service functionality, and administering Benefit programs.
What you'll do in this role:
+ Administer employee benefit plans (e.g., medical, dental, disability, wellness) and process weekly payroll for hourly U.S. employees
+ Provide high-touch customer service by phone and email, logging cases in the system
+ Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners regarding benefits and Workday processes
+ Guide users through Workday self-service functionality and resolve benefit-related issues
+ Maintain data integrity through audits, corrections, and system testing
+ Collaborate with team members to improve and standardize HR processes
What you'll need:
+ High school diploma and 3+ years of experience in benefits or related HR field
+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
+ Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems; proficiency in MS Office
+ Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and work in a fast-paced, team environment
+ Customer service or call center experience; Spanish language skills a plus
Hybrid remote/in-office schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

**Compensation:**
Pay Range:$49,000-$65,000

An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
