**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The House Supervisor works closely with nursing management to provide and/or direct the delivery of care to patient populations across the lifespan. Provides direction, support and guidance throughout the facility as needed. The House Supervisor facilitates effective communication among all members of the healthcare team. Possesses knowledge of policies, procedures and acts as a resource. The House Supervisor is available to arbitrate and attend any concerns. Acts as the administrative representative in the absence of the CEO/CNO or their assistants.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
+ (RN) Registered Nurse
+ Associate Degree
+ Minimum four years of acute care.
+ Prefer at least 2 years in a critical care setting.
