Responsibilities:
Integration & Troubleshooting:
  • Analyze and resolve complex Siebel EAI issues involving Web Services, MQ, REST APIs, and authentication via bank-built gateways.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor RESTful integrations with external applications using Siebel workflows.
  • Investigate failures across integration channels (flat file, EIM, MQ, .NET utilities, etc.).
  • Work closely with infrastructure, .NET, and other interfacing teams to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end data flow issues.
Environment and Deployment Responsibilities:

  • Support runtime repository deployments and ensure consistency across environments (DEV, SIT1, SIT2, UAT, TechTest, Contingency, Production).

  • Maintain Siebel Application Interface (AI) containers and perform deployment tasks in multi-environment architecture.
  • Monitor and manage Siebel components, logs, and parameters using Server Manager (srvrmgr CLI).
Version Upgrades & Platform Modernization:
  • Plan, execute, and validate Siebel CRM version upgrades (e.g., from 24.4 to 25.6) to ensure the application remains compliant with enterprise standards and vendor support requirements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to provision and configure new hardware and operating systems for platform modernization (e.g., migrating from Windows Server 2022 to Windows Server 2025, Oracle 19c to Oracle 21c).
  • Validate Siebel application compatibility with the new platform, including all integrations and dependent systems.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of the upgraded Siebel environment, ensuring functionality and stability across all upstream and downstream systems.
  • Document and execute rollback plans for version upgrades and platform migrations.
On-Demand Development & Support:
  • Use Siebel Tools for emergency fixes, patch deployment, or urgent configuration changes.
  • Conduct unit testing and verification for production issues as needed.
  • Support configuration and migration activities using Siebel's ADM, Migration App, and repository publishing workf lows.

Install, configure, and maintain network switches, routers, workstations, servers and other peripherals that support offensive mission activities. Optimize and fine tune performance and troubleshoot common to complex system and network problems. Develop instructions for and assist with installing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining networked systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN/WAN problems. Resolve connectivity and interoperability issues between network components. Identify and determine corrective actions to be taken. Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend. The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, or Salesforce, among many other leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Are you eligible? You can apply to Year Up United if you are: - A high school graduate or GED recipient - Eligible to work in the U.S. - Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program - Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills - Have not obtained a Bachelorʼs degree - You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying What will you gain?
