Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Data Entry Clerk to join a client that is a bail bonding company in the Atlanta, GA area. This individual will be helping the client in their Jonesboro and Avondale Estates offices conducting administrative tasks in their own office suite Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
Data Entry: Accurately input data into company databases and systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
QuickBooks: Assist with financial data entry and management in QuickBooks; training will be provided.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure client information is current.
Making Phone Calls: Conduct outbound calls as needed.
Documentation: Prepare and manage court notices and dates, ensuring all legal documentation is accurately recorded and filed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems, including QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Purpose:
We are looking for a professional individual to work full time as an Overnight Data Entry Clerk / Auditor, providing administrative support services to effectively increase retention of incoming revenue.
Critical duties include but are not limited to:
Accurately enter client data, including personal information, bond information, court date information, etc. into the appropriate Bail Management Software.
Accurately enter invoice and payment information into Quickbooks Online accounting software; identify any discrepancies between invoices and payments and advise supervisor for review.
Organize and maintain paper records, including client files, receipt books, payment binders, etc.
As needed, provide direct service to customers who visit the office, to include executing bail bond contracts, receiving payments, and signing bail bonds.
Required education, experience, and skills:
A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or GED could be acceptable for the right candidate. An individual with some legal / criminal justice background is also highly preferred. Some proficiency with computer and internet skills is required, with preferred 40+ words per minute typing speed and familiarity with Google Workspace and Quickbooks Online.
