**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As the Administrative Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Distribution Center Leadership Team to provide exceptional administrative support and ensure efficient service delivery. This role is on-site and involves working directly with Senior Directors, their teams, and both internal and external stakeholders to represent Coty as a world-class organization. Additionally, the Administrative Business Partner will take on responsibilities as an Export Shipment Planner, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all shipments are scheduled promptly and in full compliance with customs and shipping regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Director and SLT, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and preparing reports and presentations.
+ Oversee daily operations of the Company Store, including inventory management, staffing coordination, and budget monitoring, under the guidance of the HR Director or designee.
+ Act as the site's primary communication lead, ensuring consistent and effective messaging through internal tools and fostering continuous improvement in communication practices.
+ Coordinate and serve as the point of contact for all external site visits and tours.
+ Facilitate community outreach programs and donation requests, collaborating with the HR Director or designee to manage funding and support.
+ Actively participate in the Employee Resource Group (ERG) team to help coordinate employee engagement events such as Deployment Day celebrations and work anniversary recognitions.
+ Perform a variety of administrative duties, including travel coordination, expense reporting, office supply management, and publication of internal communications like the DC Virtual Gazette-while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.
+ Learn and execute distribution center-specific export activities such as preparing Bills of Lading, pulling data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), performing pallet consolidations, and responding to shipment inquiries.
+ Manage export documentation and logistics processes, including carrier bookings, inventory alignment with outbound schedules, and resolution of logistics issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tasks such as placing supply orders, tracking invoices, and maintaining vendor communication.

Primary Level Salary Range: $102,400.00 - $153,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Overview
The Program Specialist I provides day-to-day support to team members throughout the planning, implementation, and delivery of Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) programs. The incumbent supports project related requests as assigned by the Director, Professional Education in Neurodevelopment and Project ECHO Program Manager, and helps coordinate communication related to ECHO sessions, participants and research. This position may provide support by monitoring registrations, tracking session attendance, maintaining program documentation, scheduling meetings, assisting with creation of agendas and other session materials, and troubleshooting/technical assistance during ECHO sessions.
Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact with program participants, providing customer service and technical assistance. Facilitate communication between program participants and the ECHO team.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and videoconference training sessions.

Attend and actively participate in ECHO program staff meetings.

Attend and monitor ECHO sessions to monitor HIPAA compliance and oversee the collection and distribution of course materials and case presentations.

Maintain program calendars and schedules.

Participate in the development and design of program materials.

Assist in the development of ECHO session agendas in collaboration with program leadership and facilitators.

Maintain program documentation and records.

Work closely with ECHO teams to ensure required documentation is submitted to meet Continuing Medical Education standards.

Collaborate with the Database Manager to collect, enter, and compile program data.

Collaborate with the Program Manager and Director, Professional Education in Neurodevelopment on planning and implementation activities and timelines for ECHO programs.

Assist with manuscript and grant preparations by conducting literature searches, developing bibliography and reference pages, and editing and formatting documents.

Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and renewals, as necessary, ensuring adherence to all applicable deadlines and requirements.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two years of related program coordination experience required, preferably in a public health, healthcare, or administrative/operations environment.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a **Manager, Contract Administrator 1** to lead contracts administration for the Deployed Systems Programs within the Launcher Operating Unit, Marine Systems Business Unit of the Maritime/Land Systems & Sensors Division. **The preferred work location is Sunnyvale, CA, but we will consider this position being full-time on-site at another NG Mission Systems office (ex: Baltimore, MD; Sykesville, MD; San Diego, CA; Annapolis, MD). This position will require flexibility to support West Coast operations/hours.**

The successful candidate will have full management responsibility for multiple contracts professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for cradle-to-grave administration (business development phase through contract closeout), negotiations, and delivering strong customer satisfaction, successful financial performance and risk mitigation. This position will require an understanding of terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate all types of contractual instruments and agreements. It is key that the Manager, Contract Administrator 1 has the ability to provide concise and effective communication through presentations, written documentation, or email format with different levels of management. Additionally, the Manager, Contract Administrator 1 must be a role model for diversity and inclusion by seeking out and including diverse opinions and perspectives. They must have the ability to solve complex problems by actively seeking information and new ideas from a variety of sources.

+ Reviewing process specifications, progress, and other reports.
+ Advising management of contractual rights and obligations.

+ Examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
