**Summary:**
+ Responsible for working as the administrative and business partner of the Division Chief of Sleep Medicine. Provides administrative leadership for faculty practice clinical, restricted funds and endowments, and research operations. Responsible for oversight and general management for the Division across all missions. The Sleep Medicine division is comprised of over 20 faculty, 7 fellows, 14 APP's and 100 clinical/research/admin staff, clinical operating expenditures of $20 million, and $8 million in total grant expenditures. The division provides over 30,000 patient visits annually across 2 ambulatory practices and operates 5 sleep labs performing 6500 procedures annually. The Director of Division Administration oversees and directs divisional business planning and financial management, ensuring accomplishment of divisional goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
**Faculty Practice Administration:**
+ Advise the Division Chief of relevant issues and governance, including operational problems/policies and faculty issues. Provide support to the Chief, including offering resolutions and recommending changes, drafting responses to requests for information, and representing the Chief in discussions with faculty or departmental meetings. Includes developing and supporting faculty, enhancing social engagement as well as academic achievements. Facilitate rapid recruitment processes and support transparency in analytics and documentation.
+ Work alongside the Division Chief, Vice Chief of Clinical Affairs, and clinical leaders to chart the course of programs, program improvement, and program effectiveness provide strong project management for divisional initiatives. + Oversees administrative aspects of faculty recruitment including requests to recruit, enhance diversity, aligning financial support, and timely execution of offers to candidates. Works closely with the Manager of Faculty Affairs to align and maintain faculty academic plans.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Act as the primary technical interface with Comcast security and compliance teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
+ Implement, monitor, and maintain configuration standards adhering to CCM required standards for server OS (Windows/Linux) as well as network hardware (Data switches/firewalls/etc)
+ Lead server patch management efforts, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and compliant with Comcast and industry security standards
+ Manage Security Tools and Software. Oversee the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of new security solutions and enhancements.
+ Serve as the primary NAC engineer, designing, implementing, and maintaining the Network Access Control (NAC) solution
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for the audit process, overseeing compliance audits through data gathering and ensuring adherence to established processes
+ Conduct vulnerability assessments, prioritize findings, and coordinate remediation efforts
+ Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, working closely with security operations and business stakeholders
+ Maintain accurate documentation of internal security standards, security incidents, configuration changes, and compliance activities
+ Stay informed of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques relevant to the environment
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining Windows Server and Linux Server environments
+ Proven ability to implement and enforce OS configuration standards across diverse server platforms
+ experience leading server patching efforts, including scheduling, deployment, validation, and rollback procedures
+ Familiarity with patching tools and automation frameworks
+ Experience interfacing with security and compliance teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with organizational policies
+ Strong documentation skills for maintaining internal security standards, incident reports, and configuration changes
