**You will contribute by:**
+ Tracking projects daily, including developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing needs
+ Monitoring progress and identifying/resolving obstacles; recommending updates to the project plan based on progress
+ Managing the department calendar
+ Ensuring the team is prepared for all scheduled meetings, including preparing materials, creating presentations, and coordinating participation to ensure efficiency
+ Composing letters, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
+ Creating and maintaining filing systems
+ Managing general administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, mail, faxing, etc.)
+ Answering phones and taking accurate messages
