**Responsibilities**
Work in a customer service capacity providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in a medical setting.
+ Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
+ Verify and enter demographic information.
+ Obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification.
+ Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
+ Enter, review and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
+ Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
+ Provide general office and clerical support to assigned area.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Job Description
+ The administrative assistant provides advanced administrative support to the VENCLEXTA Marketing Lead Team, including Head of Marketing and the four Directors on the team. May on occasion provide backup support to other senior commercial leaders as?needed. Core responsibilities include the following:
+ Creates and submits expense reports on behalf of those for whom they support
+ Maintains and manages calendars, meetings and travel scheduling; proactively identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts.
+ Schedules and organizes onsite and offsite meetings, reserves meeting spaces and ensures conference rooms are prepared and set up prior to the start of a meeting.
+ Provides ongoing support for live and virtual meetings including scheduling, agendas and follow-up notes.
+ Coordinates logistics involved with new employee onboarding and off-boarding
+ Maintains org chart, photobook, territory maps, and roster.
+ Maintains confidentiality as they handle business-sensitive information
+ Additional responsibilities may exist based on situation
Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administrative or project management
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of business software including the following: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Concur Travel and Expense (CTE)
+ General understanding of business?processes at a large enterprise including working with internal groups to raise and submit master service agreements, statements of work, and purchase orders
+ Self-starter able to function at a high-level with general instruction; meticulous with details.
+ Highly adaptable to change and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
+ Commitment to providing excellent customer service internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience providing administrative or project management support to a senior leader in an organization
