Job Description
Administrative Assistant supporting the campus parking office. Will handle walk-ins, telephone calls. emails, update calendars and data entry. Will relieve parking garage attendant for lunch break. Should be proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer services skills a must.
**Pay Details:** $12.48 per hour

Job Description
Manpower is looking for a long term temporary Accounting/Administrative Assistant for our client in Huntington, WV!
Pay 14.00-16.00 based on experience
Schedule: Part time/Full time 8a-4:30p
Length of assignment: 4-5 months
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer phones
- provide assistance to clients and customers.
- Assist with accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other duties as assigned.
- Administrative duties such as order entry and filing.
- Some light cleaning duties required on an as-needed basis.
**What you will need**
- Strong administrative skills, and experience in a clerical environment.
- Degree in accounting is preferred but not required
- QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Excellent computer skills
