**Administrative Assistant**
Under general supervision, this role provides essential administrative and clerical support to assigned staff members. Responsibilities include handling documentation, data processing, report generation, meeting scheduling, maintaining office files, and managing office supplies and equipment. This position also involves screening and prioritizing phone calls and mail, editing outgoing correspondence, and coordinating schedules. Cross-support for other administrative staff is provided as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalet
+ Minimum of two years of clerical/administrative experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong typing, proofreading, and communication skills.
+ Ability to operate standard office equipment (phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.).
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to manage communications and coordinate meetings across departments.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare, format, and summarize data for reports and projects.
+ Assist with special projects and provide backup administrative support.
+ Maintain accurate and organized file systems.
+ Schedule and manage meetings and travel arrangements.
+ Handle incoming calls and mail, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
+ Ensure adherence to Trinity Health policies and compliance standards.
+ Promote a customer-focused work environment and provide excellent internal and external service.
**Physical and Mental Requirements:**
+ Primarily seated work with occasional walking, bending, and lifting of light office supplies.
+ Ability to perform detailed tasks in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
+ Must be able to travel between various work locations as needed.

+ Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
+ Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
+ Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care
+ Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
+ Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
+ Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
+ Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
+ Additional tasks assigned by the Manager
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
+ Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data
+ Organized and detail oriented
