Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives. You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining confidential files and records, and managing office supplies and equipment are also key duties. This role requires excellent organizational skills to coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics. You will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and managing inquiries with tact and diplomacy. Assisting with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-up on action items will be essential. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also be involved in event planning and coordination for company functions and off-site meetings. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Familiarity with video conferencing tools and other standard office technologies is also expected. The ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues is highly valued.
