The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc.
Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary
Maintain office memos and informative postings
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

**Qualifications**
Prior administrative experience preferred

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms

Bookkeeper Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting or business administration. Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.

The Firm is a litigation based practice with a focus on estate litigation and fiduciary litigation, providing legal services in both NC and SC. The Firm offers a casual employment environment and, for those with young children, flexibility for working professionals to be both employees and parents.
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly and warm, yet confident and strong professional who will make a positive first impression on clients and other professionals

**How You'll Make a Difference**
As an **Assistant Dental Office Manager,** you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.
+ Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
+ Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
