**Job Title: Quality Administrative Assistant**
**Job Description**
The Quality Administrative Assistant, also referred to as the Quality Coordinator, plays a crucial role in supporting the quality team at Relucent, Santa Rosa, CA. This position requires working Monday to Friday, with preferred hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all quality operations remain organized and compliant with internal and external standards, working closely with the Quality Director.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and maintain all quality-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
+ Implement and oversee document control processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Assist in planning and conducting internal audits, as well as supporting external and regulatory audits.
+ Prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit purposes.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees involved in quality processes.
+ Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with training requirements.
+ Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure that equipment is serviced and calibrated as required.
+ Monitor equipment performance and document any issues or required actions.
+ Provide administrative support to the quality team, organizing meetings, tracking action items, and following up on outstanding tasks.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness, particularly in document control and audit preparation.
+ Experience with document control and managing documents related to quality management systems.
+ Auditing skills with experience in conducting internal audits and supporting audit planning.
+ Ability to work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively.
+ Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
+ Previous experience in roles such as Quality Associate, Quality Coordinator, or similar positions.
+ Proficiency in relevant software tools used for quality management, document control, and data analysis.
+ Experience with auditing tools and software.
+ Background in the medical device industry is beneficial.
