  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: Up to $25/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, and answer incoming calls promptly to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
  • Organize and support both in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure teams are well-equipped and stocked.
  • Perform various clerical tasks for staff, including handling mail and packages, stocking kitchens and conference rooms, coordinating with vendors, and supporting building management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
