Must provide high-level administrative support by conducting research preparing statistical reports and handling information requests in addition to performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence , receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower level clerical staff. Knowledge of office administration and management; proper grammar, punctuation and spelling;business communications and ability to take notes is necessary. May act as immediate supervisor's personal representative in dealing with public and in routine contracts with other State executives; perform special assignments, studies and routine administrative functions as specifically directed;screen incoming correspondence, refer to appropriate staff, and follow up to assure timely response. Perform related duties as required.
In addition to the above, the following are the responsibilities that are required:
- Coordinates Medical Staff activities and acts as a liaison between the Medical Staff, other professional staff and Administration to ensure that the administrative responsibilities of the Medical Staff are met.
- Oversees all Medical Staff credentialing activities and privilege delineation activities in accordance with the Medical Staff policies, bylaws and rules and regulations to ensure that only qualified practitioners provide care at the hospital.
- Provides technical and administrative support to the Medical Staff Committee, Medical Executive Committee and the Credentials Committee. This includes, but not limited to, agendas, minutes, credentialing reports and compilation of data for quality improvement and reporting.
- Provides support to review and update the Medical Staff Bylaws.
- Oversees staff responsible for the following Medical Staff Office functions: EPriy, Medicare enrollment and revalidation, OPPE/FPPE, Health Commerce System enrollment, insurance panel and CAQH credentialing, transfer agreements, professional billing, scheduling with practitioners, updating contract information lists, on-boarding and off-boarding Medical Staff and supporting Medical Staff and Hospital Intranet.
- Design, implement and analyze required hospital-wide surveys including, but not limited to Employee Engagement and Patient Surveys. Produced reports and presentations resulting from the survey's findings.

Job Summary:
The Staffing & Administrative Coordinator is a multifaceted role responsible for supporting staffing operations, administrative functions, and event day logistics. This position plays a key part in ensuring smooth check-in and credentialing processes for sub-contractors, vendors, non-profit groups (NPOs), and employees during events. It involves organizing recruitment efforts, maintaining personnel and compliance records, verifying credentials, and coordinating scheduling and rosters. The coordinator helps drive team engagement through job fairs, training sessions, and onboarding, while also providing clerical support for food service programs and fostering positive guest and team member experiences. With attention to detail and a proactive mindset, this role is vital to maintaining Levy's high hospitality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Welcome and assist sub-contractors, vendors, NPOs, and Levy team members during event check-in
+ Verify identification, dress code compliance, scheduled shifts, and required certifications
+ Manage rosters, staffing matrices, and scheduling across departments and events
+ Answer phones and direct inquiries in a professional, client-focused manner
+ Maintain and update personnel files, training records, and compliance documentation
+ Support recruiting efforts, including job fairs, interviews, and onboarding processes
+ Coordinate staffing for high-volume events, catering needs, and pop-up activations
+ Monitor attendance and respond to staffing email inquiries, resolving conflicts or coverage gaps
+ Produce and manage documents: transcribing, formatting, editing, and transmitting operational data

The RN Post-Acute Liaison, in partnership with the Medical Management team and Physician Leadership, will serve as a clinical problem solver to ensure our patients receive care that is safe, high quality, patient-centered, and cost efficient. This includes collaborating with post-acute network facilities, vendors, and Optum partners on complex patient care coordination.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Clinical Liaison: Clinical problem solver with facilities, providers, resolution of issues concerning members, benefit interpretation, program definition and clarification
+ Clinical Operations Analysis: Monitors and analyzes medical management activities; provides analytical support to clinical programs; may perform clinical assessments and clinical audits
+ Clinical Program Management: Development, implementation and/or on-going management and administration of a clinical program(s). Provides strategic oversight and support, measurement standards and revisions as needed for delivery of programs focused on quality, affordability and outcomes

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment.
