General Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the unit Manager and department personnel. Duties include general clerical and project-based work; coordination and administration of all pertinent files and databases for the Fleet and Facilities Services unit; organize travel arrangements; schedule meetings, takes meeting minutes and prepares various supporting documents or training manuals for department personnel.

Requirements
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 2 Year- Associate Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Science
Experience
Minimum: Three (3) years of administrative clerical experience
Preferred: Continuing education and/or certification in computer applications such as MS Office.
Preferred: Experience within electric utility or related industry.
Preferred: Current State of Florida Public Notary Commission.
Other Requirements
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
- Normal work hours shall be eight (8) hours between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations.
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer, printers, copy machines, telephone, and fax machine.

Our client has a thriving private dental practice located in Beverly Hills CA, is seeking an experienced and driven Front Office Administrator to lead their team. This role involves managing staff, handling insurance and patient billing, tracking collections and insurance aging, and presenting treatment plans. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Lead and manage the dental team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring accountability
- Monitor, analyze, and manage dental practice Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure practice goals are met
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement, making data-driven decisions to optimize practice performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Handle patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, billing, collections, and financial operations within the practice
- Implement and track staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply management
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of dental practice management experience, with proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of dental KPIs and experience managing to a profit and loss (P&L) statement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead independently and make critical decisions to ensure practice success
- Familiarity with dental software and systems
- Proficiency in financial and operational reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive salary range: 80,000 - 85,000 per year
