Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for clients and delivering exceptional customer service and handling inquiries professionally.
+ Manage and maintain organizational systems, such as filing, data entry, and digital record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in administrative or office management are a plus.
+ Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn other software applications.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred
+ One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
+ One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 3 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 4 years of relevant work experience.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $22.95 - $31.56.
