**Now hiring an onsite Administrative Assistant for our premier client in Brattleboro, VT!**
**Pay** : $18.50/hr
**Hours** : 8am-5pm, M-F
**Position Type:** Temporary (4-6 weeks)
**Location** : Brattleboro, VT 05301 (100% onsite)
**Job Summary** : You are responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, taking phone orders, relaying information, processing billing, inventory, writing out job tickets, ordering supplies, and customer service.
**Responsibilities**
+ Answering all incoming phone calls, taking phone orders, relaying information, and processing billing, inventory, and customer service.
+ Prepare reports for Manager as needed, such as writing out job tickets to cycle into production
+ Special projects as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ years of relevant experience (receptionist, administrative assistant, bookkeeping, etc.)
+ Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Comfortable working within a team environment as well as individually
+ Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word and Access
+ Self motivated with excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful environment while maintaining a cool, calm, collected and professional attitude
+ Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task throughout the day
+ Ability to be available for overtime on short notice
+ Ability to work and problem solve independently
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds
+ Accounting or similar experience either Accounts Receivable and or Accounts Payable
+ Ability to be flexible and take on other assignments as needed.

Maximus is looking to fill an Content Analyst supporting our CDC INFO program. In this role, you will handle a variety of clerical tasks including document verification, managing calls and visitors, and supporting day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to keep projects running smoothly across departments.

***Position is a temporary and remote position ***

***Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST***

Must provide your own device/equipment: Computer or Laptop required, head set with microphone and monitor required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Perform repetitive clerical steps such as document verification, manage inbound and outbound routine calls, and greeting guests.
- Perform entry-level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to project and operations management, which may include identifying, anticipating, and meetings needs of all departments.

Additional Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years' experience required or relevant education/experience (Associate's Degree and 7 years' experience, or HS Diploma and 9 years' experience)
