About the Roles
Front Desk Receptionist
As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming experience and keep the office running smoothly by:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Assisting with insurance verification and billing questions
- Maintaining an organized and friendly front office environment
Support patients beyond the front desk by:
- Collaborating with the clinical team on treatment plans
- Educating patients about procedures, benefits, and financial options
- Coordinating insurance and follow-ups
- Ensuring patients feel informed and supported
Front Desk Receptionist:
- 1+ year of customer service or front office experience (dental or medical preferred)
- Dentrix experience is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior dental experience required
- Solid knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Confidence discussing finances with patients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Starting at $15/hour (DOE) for Front Desk
- Starting at $8/hour + bonus potential for Treatment Coordinator
