Essential Responsibilities & Functions:

Offer exceptional administrative support to the CEO and assigned senior leadership team.

Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of the leadership team, taking meticulous notes and recording minutes.

Demonstrate the ability to remain completely confidential with patient and company information.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required, although 10+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

3+ years experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role reporting to C-level professional(s)

Display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, and QuickBooks with a capacity to quickly adapt to new applications.

Type at least 50 words per minute.

Known to be fast-paced, adept at multi-tasking, able to handle shifting priorities with ease

Physical Requirements:

Extended periods spent at a desk, working on a computer.

Capability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
