Update Ardent files using a member identification number and or national producer number.
Each Ardent file for NLG, enter carrier, limits of liability, policy period, certificate received, and retention/deductible information updated.
If information is not provided accurately, issue an email using a 10-day pending template. When responses are received with correct information, update the file as previously mentioned.
Further training instructions are given for AML certifications, all documents are to be filed and or updated in Image Right
QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Description
Busy legal support provider
You would be monitoring 50-75 orders on a daily basis, get updates daily from field agents and communicating that with your clients, inputting all notes into our data base. Reviewing completed orders and processing them for billing. Taking calls from client on urgent rush orders. Inputting new orders to assist the data entry team.
Minimum starting pay is $18/hr or depending on experience. You will be reviewed at 90 days. Attendance and reliability are very important.
Qualifications
This is a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is very important on sensitive legal documents. Must be highly organized, have a sense of urgency, and good time management.
Fast typing speeds, familiar with WORD, ADOBE, OUTLOOK
Professional phone and email etiquette.
