Description of the Role
An established organization is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients and customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to better serve a diverse customer base.
What You'll Be Responsible For
+ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care
+ Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
+ Documenting customer interactions and updating records accurately
+ Collaborating with internal teams to address service-related concerns
+ Providing information about products, services, and policies
+ Following up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
+ Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
+ Ensuring all customer service activities comply with company standards and policies
Requirements

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related role
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
