Job Description
The Office Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to factory operations and agricultural management. This role is pivotal in maintaining and organizing schedules, meetings, and company events, as well as updating local factory web pages and preparing various reports, spreadsheets, graphs, correspondence, and newsletters.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and organize schedules, meetings, and company events.
+ Update local factory web pages.
+ Prepare minutes, agendas, and generate various reports, spreadsheets, graphs, correspondence, and newsletters.
+ Maintain confidential grower-related information, weather data, crop statistics, and grower information.
+ Prepare and distribute confidential reports, delivery records, beet payment statements, annual contracts, and master records to shareholders.
+ Forward reports to insurance companies when requested by shareholders.
+ Perform data entry and provide administrative support.
+ Assist with customer service and answer phones.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of office administrative experience.
+ Proficiency in using Outlook and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Excellent customer service abilities.
Work Environment
The role is situated in an office environment with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $5000.00/yr.
