Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a sales and office coordinator to join our growing kitchen remodeling company. We are seeking career minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable career. This valued team member will be well rounded assisting with all areas of the business including business correspondences, client and vendor communication, supporting the general manager and assisting with daily business operations. You will also work with our sales and installation teams to help coordinate projects, facilitate an amazing client experience, and generate reviews and referrals. Duties And ResponsibilitiesGreet customers as they enter the store and support them in booking in-home consultations.
Be the primary point of contact for in-field questions from the sales team. Find answers as needed and diligently follow up.
Work with Project Manager and franchise owner to prepare and organize documentation for project records.
Track and schedule project timelines.
Place and submit orders from suppliers.
Work with business vendor partners including marketing agencies and support team.
Handle project management for assigned orders, including but not limited to: vendor communications, tracking, client and sales team updates and communications.
Able to work in the "grey" and be flexible.
Assists project teams with following job cost accounting, reporting, billing and support for best practice processes and compliance standards.
Support general manager as needed.
QualificationsComputer and smartphone proficient.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Highly motivated and dependable.
Organized with a strong attention to detail.

Utilize all sites, systems, and tools needed to effectively complete projects as needed such as: Access, IView, Xnet, Reference Documents, SharePoint, Iris, and Customer Support Center, Outlook and Excel.
- Maintain monthly target productivity metrics for both Professional and Facility Coordination of Benefits manual data entry (including electronic CBOR records).
- Perform quality reviews of all manual and electronic records based on standard protocols and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain target accuracy rates.
- Be responsive to audit feedback from Analysts, or management, completing all corrections on a timely basis.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to the development and testing of projects to improve COB data mining process.
- Support COB analysis process improvements as needed.
