We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of office operations and ensuring excellent communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
- Manage inbound phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Coordinate office supply inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide administrative support for various office tasks and special projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support office operations.
- Assist with organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
