Customer Service/Business Specialist

Duration: 06 months with possible extension

Office: Reno, NV 89502

Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Pay rate: $29.56/hr. on W2

Basic Purpose

Processes all Rule 9 distribution contracts and payments and sets up all new billing accounts for Company. Administers the work management system and related databases to ensure delivery of service commitment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepares, tracks, and administers work order packages and drawings for design team. (20%)
  • Administers the service application process to ensure timely meter sets and customer billing account establishment. (20%)
  • Administers the work management system to ensure delivery of service commitment. (20%)
  • Receipts all contract payments and prepares deposits. (20%)
  • Prepares and administers line extension agreements and tracks tie to contracts. (20%)
  • Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes, and regulations applicable to position and company.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement
  • High School diploma and 3 years of related experience.
  • Time management, manage multiple tasks in a high-volume area, analytical, interpersonal Equipment and Applications.
  • PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.

Must Haves:

2+ Years of experience in customer service role
Understanding of logistics/warehouse management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.
Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.
Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly

Key Role Responsibilities:

Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
Work with management to resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes.
Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.
Work within the warehouse and with the Team to coordinate exceptional client satisfaction.
