The Graphic Designer & Signage Coordinator will combine graphic design skills and logistical management skills to bring branded materials to life in physical spaces such as Five Guys restaurants, office spaces, as well as social media and print mediums. This individual will take concepts and ideas from genesis to final, tangible delivery by managing vendors, timelines, logistics in a cost-effective and organized manner. The Graphic Designer & Signage Coordinator will act as a liaison between Marketing and the Development, Construction and Operations team to ensure brand consistency across Five Guys and related visual touchpoints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design print and digital assets including menus, posters, packaging, in-store displays, and social media content.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when needed.
• Oversee the signage process from concept through installation for new locations, remodels, and seasonal updates.
• Source and manage relationships with sign vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand, and timely deliverables.
• Coordinate permit processes and compliance requirements as needed.
• Track sign orders, invoices, and delivery timelines with precision.
• Act as the point person between design, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Support internal graphic design needs

Education/Experience:
• 4 year college Degree preferred
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or food & beverage industry.
• Experience working with sign vendors or managing physical print/installation projects.
• Familiarity with signage materials, production processes, and file requirements is a big plus. Language Ability: Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary. The successful candidate/employee will be required to use written, verbal and group communication skills.
